Don't stop looking forward

A few days ago I kicked the coffee table. However, this was not the everyday cheerful kick. This was a frustrating kick which took me by surprise as I wasn't sure why I was frustrated, I wasn't even sure why I was upset or why I was not happy. So I meditated. After levitating in the air for 15 minutes I had reached nowhere I still had no idea why I was feeling like this. Finally, I had to resort to Google, I wrote' why do I feel like this?' random answers, 'how do I feel stop feeling like this?' useless answers. I chucked my phone out of the window. Here I have compiled a list of things to do, not to do, think about, not think about, and some other random stuff which if nothing else will at least distract you from the kick-a-coffee-table feeling. 1. Don't overthink: I mean just don't. Every time you feel overwhelmed by thinking about the future or about the cringe things in your past. Stop. Go to sleep.
