Chopsticks- a skill

There comes a time in everyone's life when they simply must eat with chopsticks. Or at least flip food into people's faces with them. - Leela When I was tiny I felt like I had accomplished much when I asked the waiter in an Asian restaurant to replace my fork spoon and knife with chopsticks. And honestly, despite barely being able to hold such big chopsticks with small hands, I believe I did fairly well. Recently I felt I may be losing this important skill, so the whole of this week I ate with chopsticks. Rice, poha, sabudana, rice noodles, bokchoi, carrots, biryani basically absolutely everything except porridge. And now although I have thankfully regained this skill, I am tired so I will probably say goodbye to my chopsticks for a while.
